As discussed during yesterday’s Town Hall, regarding our Regional Alignment Model. The goal is to create clearer regional ownership and accountability while maintaining our ability to Recruit to Fill and pursue legitimate business opportunities. Regional Alignment establishes where we expect teams to focus, grow, and receive performance credit — it is not intended to create unnecessary barriers to business.
Attached is the final Regional Alignment Policy, effective August 24, 2026.
A few important dates to keep in mind:
- August 24: The updated policy and 90-day rebooking qualification are effective.
- August–October: Transition and alignment period.
- September 1: Any new booking made on or after September 1 will not qualify for the rebooking relaxation and will be treated as New Business for purposes of the 70/30 threshold.
- November incentives onward: The 70/30 Regional Alignment model applies to both recruiters and leaders.
Please take the time to review the attached policy in full and work with your leadership team on any questions as we move through the transition period.
We heard the feedback around the original model, and many of the changes discussed yesterday were made specifically to provide teams with greater flexibility while still creating the regional focus we need to grow.
